We are pleased to announce that 3 Bunnies Rabbit Rescue, Inc. and Dave's Soda and Pet City have joined forces to try and find homes for rescued rabbits. Last year Dave's stopped selling rabbits and approached 3 Bunnies about helping our cause. Dave's is providing space for our foster rabbits and sponsoring their care, while waiting to be adopted into a forever home.

At Dave's Soda and Pet City in Agawam MA, you will find rabbit care info packets, a book of 3 Bunnies adoptable rabbits and some of our rabbits available for adoption, not to mention a wide variety of rabbit care supplies at Dave's.

This big sweet baby is one of three surviving rabbits recently found at the Twin Brooks Park in Trumbull CT.

The Trumbull ACO was called to the park where 10 dead rabbits were found strewn about. After retrieving all the dead bodies, and returning to the shelter, the ACO was called back to the park, where Spirit was found alive. Thin, covered in filth, and with very bad sore hocks, Spirit was cleaned as best she could be. Taken in by 3 Bunnies, Spirit went for immediate vet care. Stabilized, she returned back to her foster home. Spirit will be going for further vet care, as she finding it difficult to put weight on her back feet. She has bare raw areas on her, a runny eye and is still soiled. Spirit will be in for a long recovery and we are determined to get her through this. What is amazing is, despite what she has been through, Spirit is sweet and lovable. If you would like to help, please consider sponsoring Spirit.

We would also like to thank Mandy at Cotton Tail Rabbit Rescue who took in the other female bun survivor that is in very bad shape. We would also like to thank Rabbit Allies of CT for finding a wonderful volunteer to come forward and offer to cover vet care for the male survivor.
